Highlight search results

Hi,

when I hit strg-F to search for a string in a file (or use the menu),
the search toolbar appears. I'm used to an "Options" button with "from
cursor", "highlight all" and "match case".
That option button disappeard in 4.0.2 (KDevPlatform 1.0.2, KDE 4.5.1),
there's only the "match case" button left. Did the "highlight all"
button move to another menu? Is this a kdevelop oder kate issue?
