sequentially build multiple build configurations?

Is it possible to have kdevelop build multiple build configurations 
sequentially?

My work involves writing software for embedded systems which support multiple 
architectures. For this i have more than one build folder. To work this is 
kdevelop i need to perform a build and then change the build folder in project 
management before i can build for the next. Can i automate this asking 
kdevelop to build a project in more than one build folder?
