OT: Quanta Plus

I am trying to figure out what is going on with Quanta Plus. I cannot find
it in svn or git. Anyone familiar with it currently, where I can find it, is
it even working? I have been using Kdevelop for php development, but I am
curious about Quanta since I have not used it in so long...
