Its kbuildsycoca4 actually (an a instead of an o at the end). If thats
still not found you're not in a KDE4 env (kde4-prefix/bin is not in your
path). Also make sure that KDEDIRS is setup properly to point to the
KDE4 install prefix as well as that of KDevelop4. This is all explained
