Process Error-KDevelop

No actually it is not a bug. In the plugins list, I uncheck "git", "cvs" and 
others that I don't have. 

There is no startup error anymore.

That you don#t have subversion or git installed and that we fail to handle 
this properly :)

There is a bug report for that, noone fixed it yet though.
