This may not be related to this mailing list however I am trying to install
kdevelop. Other dependencies were installed however for kdelibs5-dev I get this:
mahmood at localhost:~$ sudo apt-get install kdelibs5-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kdelibs5-dev: Depends: automoc (>= 1.0~svn850570) but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libqt4-dev (>= 4.5.1) but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libsoprano-dev (>= 2.2.69) but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libqt4-phonon-dev (>= 4.5.1) but it is not going to be
installed
Recommends: libqt4-opengl-dev (>= 4.5.1) but it is not going to
be installed
E: Broken packages
Why it doesn't install the dependencies automatically? Thanks for any suggestion

You need to satisfy all dependencies if you want to build the .deb
packages, just do:
$ apt-get install cdbs debhelper quilt pkg-kde-tools kdelibs5-dev libsvn-dev
Please note if your distribution is too old, your version of some
package may be too old to build these KDevPlatform and/or KDevelop
packages.
