debian package for 4.1

It's not planned as we are busy with doing actual development. If there is any 
packager out there who wants to do it and help us out, it would be great.

PS: Someone could also look into open suse buildservice, I've some experience 
with it but it's tedious and time consuming, so definitely not something I 
want to spent my time on. Esp. considering that I will not maintain / 
guarantee package quality there.
