I did send it yesterday, although I didn't see it received by the mailing 
list.  Looking in my sent folder, this was sent to kdevelop at kdevelop.org 
which was the reply address to some of the emails I received (including 
yours).  I'm not sure this is normal.

It's attached again, sent to the "proper" mailing list address.
