Cmake projects get corrupted.

I can't think of what I'm doing wrong, but some of my cmake projects have been corrupted in the last few days. When I try to load them Kdevelop just freezes and lets me do nothing, till I delete all config files and re-create the project as new. 
I've tried even to reinstall Kdevelop.

Any thoughts?
