question about breakpoints not working on 64-bit OS

Hi,

Have you ever had a problem with the breakpoints not working?  I've
encountered a similar situation on CentOS 5, and I installed kdevelop using
yum,

$ Linux vm-centos5 2.6.18-92.1.13.el5 #1 SMP Wed Sep 24 19:33:52 EDT 2008
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

It is weird because the breakpoints work fine for me on a 32-bit CentOS in
vmware, but they don't work at all on the 64-bit CentOS boot partition.  On
both the 32-bit and 64-bit OS's the project is linked with the -g flag.
