I think this is a bug in the opensuse buildservice. Could you try to
first trigger an i386 build and if its finished start an amd64 build? If
then only the amd64 packages are in the Packages file the problem is
that their builds don't respect existing data in the packages file and
simply overwrite the files every time. So you should file a bugreport
with the service. Or check if you can put the amd64 and i386 in separate
dirs.
