Function navigation empty

Hello, all.

Does somebody know why sometimes "Function navigation" list is empty?
I thought that it is somehow connected to complex templates, because this is 
the most probable case when I do not have it.

But today I noticed that a simple collection of routines in ordinary C file 
has also empty list.

I use the 3.5.1 version with KDE 3.5.8 on FC8.
