Very slow start (1min)

Hello, all.

I did not noticed when this occurred, but now, when i try to open the working 
project, I see in the status bar the "Loading project plugins..." message for 
about 60s. Sometimes, the cursor shows busy state, but sometimes - no. 
Kdevelop does not react to any commands at this state.

Running from console shows:
bash-3.2$ kdevelop
