KDevelop 3.1.2 Crashes when loading project

IIRC you recently explained that same thing on IRC. KDevelop 3.1 is
completely unsupported since at least 2 years. You need to update to
KDevelop3.5.1, which will require an update of KDE to at least 3.4.0.
