"Find in files" exits with status 123 on Ubuntu Gutsy

Hello!

I'm having trouble with KDevelop. The find in files feature of KDevelop
doesn't work any more since my upgrade to Gutsy. The output is:

Search Results:
cat .../.grep.tmp| grep -v -e '/CVS/' -e '/SCCS/' -e '/\.svn/' -e
'/_darcs/' | xargs egrep -H -n -s -e 'PyImport_'
*** 0 matches found. ***
*** Exited with status: 123 ***
