Yeah, this is probably confusing unless you're used to it... It's been the 
habit of the KDE project for years to name prereleases with x.x.9x. 

Anyway.. KDevelop-3.3.94 is KDevelop-3.4 RC2. If you want the best, you grab 
it straight from SVN though.
