BP comment

Hello, all.

I think it should be a nice feature to add the column "Comment" 
or "Description" or similar to the breakpoints window (next to "tracing" 
column).
The usage: 
1. There are cases when one has BP in some system/libray/outside code. It will 
be good to have an option to mark this and thus avoid occasional deletion.
2. The project code may be big and some BP may be needed only sometimes, for 
debug. This comment will allow to mark them.
