no plugin compiled in trunk branch

Hi :)
I am on a kubuntu dapper and compiled kde4 as
explained on kde.org trunk web page (by the way thanks
for this excellent help for building kde4 and the
mailing list :)
so kdevelop compiled perfect after i installed flex.
But when i start kdevelop i got an error message :
no g++ plugin detected ? what's the problem ?
do i have to cmake the plugins separetly ?
help needed
