porting qt qmake-based kdevelop3 projects to automake/autoconf

Hi!

I have come across a few qt-based kdevelop3 projects (by other people) and I
wish to port them to the automake/autoconf system to facilitate
standardization and future debianization.

Can this port be done easily?   How?  Are there any
mechanisms/functions/scripts in kdevelop3 which automate this process?
