Upgraded and project is hosed

So basically you messed up with the original configuration. Once you start
changing the Makefiles manually behind KDevelop's back it starts to break.

I would advise you to read the automake manual in order to fix it.

One other solution is to start a new "Hello world" project in KDevelop and 
then compare the two projects.
