How to add additional header search paths to debugger

Hi,
    when using GDB through KDevelop (never tried GDB alone :)) I often 
get a "inexisting source ....somefile.h" (translating it from the 
localized message I get).

How can I tell GDB to look in some folder I know to find that files.

The problem happens only with headers and unfortunately I inline many 
functions in headers so that's really annoying...
