Where the patch is?

Hello, all.

On the 7-th of Sept. Vladimir Prus published the patch for the bug 111486. I 
hoped that it will be included in the following releases, but it was not 
nither in 3.2.91 nor in 3.2.92. 
So, does somebody know when and where is/will be it?
