patch for kdevelop-3.2.0/parts/appwizard/common/admin/detect-autoconf.sh

detect-autoconf.sh fails to use my autoconf-2.59

Currently, detect-autoconf.sh proves neither for autoconf-2.59
(autoconf, autom4ate, aclocal) nor for automake 1.8.

Anyways, it should be proving first for autoconf-$AUTOCONF_VERSION,
automake-$AUTOMAKE_CONF and so on.

Attached is a patch.
