Split Vertical/Horizontal

Hi,

  i was wondering if the nice features implemented in the kate texteditor 
begin called up by its menu through "View -> Split Horizontal" "View -> Split 
Vertilcal" respectively is avaible in KDevelop's IDEAI mode. 

This would by quite convenient since viewing both .h and .cpp files 
simultaneously can sometimes be really more comfortable than always switching 
between those two files.
