How to link external library

You are right.
I use hamlib rpm and hamlib-devel rpm. In these rpms were not libhamlib++.so, 
etc.
I compiled hamlib myself and I found libraries for C++. 
Thank you very much! Now it's working. Thanks also for Alvin Beach.
