How to Add Libraries like libGL.so in kdevelop-3.1.2

Dear all,

            In Kdevelop-2.x, it was straight forward to add external libraries
 like libGL.so, libGLU.so and libglut.so.

           How to do the same in Kdevelop-3.1.2.??
           I tried adding the contents to Project Options->Configure Options 
          and also, 

           I tried adding the contents to Automake Manager - Options
(of Target).

It didnt work. 

Can any body help me with this problem .
