What is "problems" plugin?

Hi Leon,

For the tool you want to move:

    * Make the tool appear; that is make it so you can see the contents
      of the automake manager.
    * At the top of it, you'll see a bar of
      ///////////////////////////////////////////////
    * Drag that bar to the left.  You'll see the outline of the tool in
      places where you can drop it, top, bottom, right, or left.
