Breakpoint widget patch

I've started more systematic work on the widget. As there is
interest, I will submit some more patches. My idea is to work
through each different type of breakpoint, checking and completing
the implementation of each.

I propose a succession of smaller patches, rather than a big bang.

I don't want to step on anyones toes, so I do have a question - is
there an active maintainer of the breakpoint widget at this time?
Reason I ask is, if there is not, then I may be a bit more aggressive
in some certain code reorg within the breakpoint widget. If there is
an active maintainer, then I will not do any such, unless there is a
compelling reason that the maintainer agrees to.

For example, the GDBBreakpointWidget currently writes the XML for the
persistance of breakpoints. This seems to be a job better done by the
Breakpoint and its subclasses.

Hi,

I've only tried it briefly so far, but it looks great to me. Thanks! :)

Will commit shortly, if no one objects.

Fixes and enhancements are always welcome. I remember John Birch (who wrote
the debugger frontend) used to say he felt it needed more work in the UI.
Patches are very welcome. :)
