Passing target image command line args to debugger

I am trying to debug a daemon.  This daemon takes a command line arg
that tells it not to fork, but to run in forground using the console.

First question, how do I pass that arg through the debugger to my image?
I am probably blind, I usually am :-), but I can't find where to do
this.

KDevelop 3.1.1
KDE 3.3.1
Slackware 10.0
