idiot question 2: how to include /usr/include into compiling route?

Sorry, this is a new comer to both C/C++ and kdevelop. 
I am wondering where to add compiling route for necessary header file,
libs  and etc. which doesn't belong to current project?
for example those in /usr/include, it seems that kdevelop doesn't
search /usr/include and its subdirectory by default.
