cvs head configure doesn't create Makefiles

Hi,

I just did a fresh checkout from cvs of kdevelop and now configure
doesn't create any makefiles. After the cvs co, I did make -f
Makefile.cvs and then I ran configure - no errors so far, but there's
no Makefile in the project directory...

Anybody experienced this too?
