No doc in Kdevelop with FC3

1° You're right : it's 3.1.1.1 (with kdelibs 3.3.1.2.9). Sorry for teh 
typo :)
2° No, the file doesn't exist in my hard drive
3° When using Yum or up2date, I don't find any kdelibs-devel-docs package :(
