breakpoint in shared library

Hi,
in the manual I have found the following paragraph:
"(...) Therefore, KDevelop rolls its own support for breakpoints in 
shared libraries. If you set this option, it allows you to set 
breakpoints in libraries which are not loaded. (...)"
My question: where can I find the option "breakpoints in libraries"? I 
am using KDevelop 3.2.0 (german edition).
