Kdevelop 3.1.0 lost red error highlighting in compilation output!?

Hm, I'm using Kdevelop 3.1.0, too and error messages are highlighted in  
red in my error output. Try right-clicking on the error output and  
choosing the type of messages (eg. "short compiler messages").
