The contents of admin/ is stored as template in 
{kde}/share/apps/kdevappwizard/template-common/admin.tar.gz

If you will create some new projects, it may be useful to recreate 
admin.tar.gz with newer files (ie. taken from kdexxx-3.3.0 sources)
