Compiling Kdevelop 3.1.0 on HP-UX 11.0

Hi,

I.m trying to compile Kdevelop 3.1.0 and I get error 

libtool: link: warning: this platform does not like uninstalled shared
libraries

   db_strerror (first referenced in main.o) (code)
   db_create (first referenced in main.o) (code)

I can't find implementation of these 2 functions indeed.
