Cannot Build Project

I am trying to build a project from linphone.org. It
is a SIP softphone. I can import the Proj and then run
Configure. However, when I do BUILD Proj...I get an
error that there is no Makefile in that directory.
However, I clearly see the Configure script created
makefiles in that and the subdirectories..

 What could be the issue...??
