Arguments for compiling

Dear all,

 in order to compile a script I need to include two libraries in that order:
 g++ -o netest netest.cpp /usr/local/netcdf-3.5.1/lib/libnetcdf_c++.a /usr/local/netcdf-3.5.1/lib/libnetcdf.a

 Can anybody tell me how to reproduce it in Kdevelop?

 Any help will be greatly appreciated.
