First question. Is there a template I can start with for the help
documentation? I know my way around psgml with XEmacs, but I still need a
way to get it into KDE form. The documentation I've found so far has a
subject header about a template but not content.

I've decided to try and gain some understanding of how to use KDevelop and GNU
Autotools to manage projects. I want to be able to provide something that
will server as the starting point for some real documentation. The state of
both the autotools documentation and the KDevelop documentation is such that
the most reasonable approach I can come up with is to try and capture what
happens when I create a new project. After that I intend to look at the
Makefile.ams in KDevelop, and try to explain what they do.

That may prove to be an unrealistic place to start, but that has rarely
dissuaded me from anything. If someone has a better example to start with I
will gladly consider their advice. For now I'm just going to start at the top
with: http://lxr.kde.org/source//kdevelop/Makefile.am

One question I have regarding project management under KDevelop is /who's in
charge/? That is, what is the order of influence when files are changed?
Does changing the *.kdevelop file lead to the modification of other files?
This is important to understand because sometimes we want, or need to make
changed to the files without the use of the KDevelop interface.
