Keyboard shortcuts are dead

For some reason the keyboard shortcuts for the editor won't work :(
(Home, End, Ctrl+K and so on do absolutely nothing)

The Shortcuts in the "Configure Editor" dialog are set up like they
should be, but still nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or at least where I should start
looking?
