automatic documentation

sorry for annoying you guys, but for some reason this just doesn't seem to 
work in the version 3.0.3 :( i have the documentation plugin loaded and the 
doxygen plugin activated in the project. or am i just meaning the wrong 
plugin and the doxygen plugin you talk about is something else that i mean. 
where would i get the doxygen plugin or how do i load it.
