Debug option in imported Automake project, and autosave

Greetings all,

    I have two questions. First of all I am using KDevelop 3.0.4 with 
KDE 3.2.3. I have imported an automake project. How do I add additional 
Build Configurations (which is on the Project menu); I currently only 
have "default" but would like to add at least "Debug."

    Second question: where do I enable autosave, and set the autosave 
interval. I've looked all over for this!
