how does the code completion find the qt headers ?

Hi,

perhaps i am missing the obvious, but how do i teach kdevelop 3 to find the qt 
headers, so that code completion via Ctrl-Space works for example for 
QLineEdit too ?

it works fine for my own classes. i couldn't find any kdevelop option related 
to this...
