Change doxygen conf file name ?

Hi everybody,

first I want to says that KDevelop rocks and here
at my work, i make it used by everybody (about 30
developpers) :-)

I would like to know if it's possible to change
the name and location of the doxygen conf file
because in our projects it's stored in doc/ dir
and named doxygen.conf.

Is there a way to do that ? Is it planned for a
next version ?
