Web translation

Hello.

I've been working latest months as member of the kde spanish translation team 
in the 3.2 release, and now, I'm want to help in something more close to kde 
development.

It's a pity that the kdevelop.org website is only translated to french and 
russian, and if the number of strings isn't very high, I will translate it to 
spanish and maybe to catalan.

How should I start? I can't see the .po or the html files in the KDE 
repository.
