How to show CVS status in File Tree ?

I have the same problem, but the only plugin I have is "CVS Integration" 
and it was already enabled.

When I right click the FileTree, I do not see a "show VCS fields" 
option.  There is only cvs -> add, delete, etc. and cvs->ignore, do not 
ignore.

I am running KDev 3.0.0b2 on RH 9.
