kdevelops parts

Hi,

I'm missing another part of kdevelop: the plugin that lets me create a
tarball from my project. I cannot find the menu item and thus suspect
it to be not loaded or built. Using CVS Head and for the current I'd
just like to know where to start searching for a problem (I don't even
know the name of that part)...
