edit menu depending on project?

Just created a new project, that has:

   <primarylanguage>C++</primarylanguage>
   <keywords>
     <keyword>C++</keyword>
     <keyword>Code</keyword>
     <keyword>Qt</keyword>
     <keyword>KDE</keyword>
   </keywords>

Created as C++->KDE->Application Framework

The project that was created with working IDE (IIRC) has the same
settings.
