%{$MODULE} and %{AUTHOR} in templates

I found the 
	%{$MODULE}
and
	%{AUTHOR} <%{EMAIL}>, (C) %{YEAR}
in the c-template ~/.kde/share/apps/kdevfilecreate/file-templates/c.
If I create a new C-Module, this strings appears as is, not filled with new 
content. How to use this tags?
