problem with language support

hi
thanks for the response. I set both variables (KDEDIR/KDEDIRS) and run
kbuildsycoca (other KDE apps which are installed in my second KDE Path
doesn't have problems).
but it seems that the problem belongs to another topic.
I can reproduce the error if I delete (with --nodeps) the Berkeley DB 4.1 rpm
at SuSE 9.1, see also:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86961
my target system run YDL 4.0 (based on Fedora Core), with Berkeley DB 4.2. I
installed manually also DB 4.1 in /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.1 and point to the
header/library path with CXXFLAGS before configure and make kdevelop.
(by the way: in the configure step I couldn't verify which db was used).
but the problem remains. I'm not 100% sure if the error is really depending on
db4.x or not. unfortunately there are not precompiled rpm's for YDL/ppc.
regards
harald
